ONTARIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OFFERS TRAVEL TIPS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S HOLIDAY PERIOD
(Los Angeles, California - December 20, 2004) Already into the busy holiday travel period that began Friday, Dec. 17, airlines serving Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) are forecasting 2.8 million travelers will pass through the air(Ontario, California – December 20, 2004) Ontario International Airport (ONT) is expecting 350,000 travelers to pass through the airport from Friday, December 17 through Sunday, January 2, 2005, up six percent over the same period in 2003. The busiest travel days are expected to include Thursday and Friday, Dec. 23 and 24, and the weekend concluding Jan. 2, with flights on those peak days operating at capacity.port through Sunday, Jan. 2.

MEDIA ADVISORY ONTARIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HOSTS “HOLIDAY HEROES” SPECIAL EVENT FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN
Ontario International Airport (ONT) is hosting a holiday special event for approximately 80 homeless and disadvantaged children. The event will take place at the airport’s fire station where the children, ages five to 17, will be treated to a traditional holiday dinner with all the trimmings, hands-on tour of the fire station, guest appearances by local community mascots such as “Tremor” of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, and special visit from Santa Claus who will arrive by helicopter. Each child will receive a present and have keepsake photos taken with Santa Claus.

LOS ANGELES WORLD AIRPORTS AND ROTARY CLUB OF EL SEGUNDO BRING SANTA BY HELICOPTER TO EL SEGUNDO ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
(Los Angeles, California -- December 8, 2004) Santa Claus flew in by helicopter today treating 250 kindergarten students from Richmond Street, Center Street and Paseo del Rey Elementary Schools in El Segundo to gifts and a holiday event at the Flight Path Learning Center and aviation historical museum located at the LAX Imperial Terminal. The visit was hosted by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and the El Segundo Rotary Club.

LOS ANGELES WORLD AIRPORTS AND ROTARY CLUB OF INGLEWOOD TEAM UP FOR SANTA HELICOPTER FLY-IN FOR LA TIJERA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

(Los Angeles, California – December 7, 2004) Santa Claus will fly in by helicopter today treating 180 students to gifts and a holiday event at La Tijera Elementary School in Inglewood.

The event is the result of La Tijera kindergartner Isaiah Godwin winning an essay contest for kindergarten through third grades in the Inglewood School District conducted by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and The Rotary Club of Inglewood. Isaiah's winning essay entitled, "What the holidays mean to me," allowed all of his kindergarten classmates to a Santa fly-in arranged by LAWA.

MAYOR HAHN DECLARES CITY COUNCIL VOTE ON LAX MODERNIZATION HISTORIC

PALMDALE REGIONAL AIRPORT TO REOPEN FOR SCHEDULED AIRLINE SERVICE DECEMBER 29
